Kitchen questions for a investment flip

Me and my friend just bought our first investment house to flip.
The house has original hardwoods from 1920. We are thinking of a darker finish for the hardwoods and white shaker cabinets. What Would you guys recommended for paint color? and can we paint the whole house the same color? Also what granite would you guys go with? We are thinking very light or beige granite. By the way all base boards are white.

cmb...Some photos might help. Many do use darker floor finishes, but I would be concerned that some of your rooms may be too small or have to little light. I love Benjamin Moore Historic Collection.
