Hi. Sorry for the delay. I checked but do not have a record of this. This job was actually done at least 5 years ago and the designer who did it does not work with us any more, and the unit was sold by the clients... it was a city condo. So, all I can tell you is that is was a glass subway tile. Sorry! I would take the picture to Sonia at Architectural Ceramics in Falls Church, or Tara at Stone Source in Washington DC to find something along these lines. More modern, larger glass tiles like this one are often sold only for some number of years, anyway, and then discontinued. Sorry could not be of more help on this one, but thank you for your interest.
