Asymmetrical great room

I don't know how to place TV in asymmetrical great room. TV will be too high for comfortable viewing if placed over fireplace. Facing fireplace, could place TV on right side, but what do I do with left side? The 2nd floor hallway covers left portion of great room, just not sure how to handle all that
