Window- decal?

The detail on these windows is lovely and quite unusual. I've never seen decals like this - are they, in fact, decals? Or perhaps something custom-made?

I, too, really love this look! It appears to be metal structures outside, custom made to align perfectly with the windows. It's quite brilliant!
