    This is an in-ground gunite pool and spa. It is approx. The pool size is approx. 18'x40'. The costs will vary depending upon location, options and details. The finish was a plaster. Please give us a call and we can help with your project. Thanks.

    Looks more like 16' x 45' with a 7' x 7' spa and thickened, wide bond beam. Cost in Los Angeles, given a spa with at least 12jets and the mosaic at tile waterline and veneered spa walls +/- $89,000.00. S.
