Of the options you listed, I like the bubble pendant the best, but only if there are multiple ones. The Caboche is nice too - adds some pattern.

I love the idea of the wishbone chair - adds a modern touch. I think a large(r) geometric pendant would look nice too, like our Galaxy pendant.

You have a beautiful home - very open and inviting! :)

I would suggest a red chandelier or pendant light to tie in the red accents in the living room

would look great in the smoke finish as well if you plan to do the wishbone chairs, I recommend the black wicker and frame.

Consider painting the crown & baseboards to match wall or better yet, paint the dining room an off white to highlight the dining room. An oversized wall mirror would also open the space and make the interior feel a little lighter. Layer the interior with a lovely centre piece. Choose function over just decorative. Like an oversized bowl for fresh fruit of collection of vases for fresh flowers or serving water from.

you already have pendants over the bar area....just a thought but a single light would be better than another set of pendants...

Or you could do a cluster of light, airy pendants. Here's 2 different chandeliers of our Mod pendant that we've done that came to mind.

Carolins - thank you for posting some very nice pics. I also like the Random light but it seems so commonplace now... I went to Nordstrom the other day and saw Tom Dixon pendants, Random and other very familiar pieces. That's probably why although I like the bubble pendants, they are so common, it doesn't make me feel special (smile).
