My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

What light kit did you use to get recessed lights in the poured concrete ceiling? I've been looking around but have not found a solution. Thanks; beautiful home!

    We used exterior recessed lights and the ceiling finish is actually stucco. Thank you for the inquiry.
