I am interested in a complete remodel of a condo space, 1100 sq ft.
The unit is the third (top) floor of a Georgian style home built in 1780. I won't have access to the rooms below.
It's a small space so I need to hire someone clever is making use of the space. It's historic and I want to preserve the floors and fireplace. There is limited ability to move drains and pipes. I expect walls will need to be taken down and put up in a new arrangement.

Am I best served by an architect, a design/builder or an interior designer? I'm not sure how to get the ball rolling
