Eating and seating area for tiny appartment

Hello dear Houzzers ,
I have a tiny 144 sq Ft ( 14.3Ft by 10.1Ft) hall that I want to transform into a leaving room with an eating area and a seating area with TV. I already have a book shelf that eat a bit of the space.
Can you all guide on how to fit both a small dining table , a sofa , TV stand, book shelve.
Attached is the current floor plan with furniture I have. I want to change the setting as there no space at all.
PS my drawing is not at real scale so it might seems more spacious than it is.
