Granite - Antico Bianco, but this was the best Bianco we had seen. We usually are not a big fan.

I've heard that Ikea cabinets with the stock legs are not strong enough to support granite or quartizite and must be reinforced. Is that true? Thanks!

Hi John, Me again. Unrelated to counters but the cabinet boxes. Our kitchen reno is complete and amazing (better than I ever imagined). We went with brown fantasy counter tops with the lingo grey and white for island and perimeter respectively. With that said - we experienced a small leak under our brand new sink . This leak went on for potentially one week. Our contractor came back and fixed the leak immediately upon us noticing it, however, the damage was done. The floor of that cabinet is warped, cracked, swollen - you name it. I am obviously devastated as I feel there is nothing to remedy this as we cannot take that piece of particle board out. What would you do in this situation? This is my brand new, beautiful kitchen and I feel like it is already very flawed after only a week (queue tears!).
