Best Laminate Flooring?

I'm rehabbing a property on a lake- the foundation was jacked up and there is only crawl space, so there will be quick track radiant heat and with these 2 issues I am only left with 3/8" max for the thickness of the floor. Ideally I wanted tile, but that cannot lie directly on the radiant so I'd need a subfloor, so that's out, hardwood is too thick, so I'm left with engineered or laminate. I'm concerned about sand ruining engineered (along with dogs and kids) so I'm leaning towards laminate for the durability. Also to hide scratches etc, I'd like something handscraped. What is the best quality brand out there? Something that looks like real wood, can go over radiant and is durable? Unfortunately will only be able to go with an 8mm.....
