My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The chairs are recycled plastic adirondack chairs. They come in a variety of colors. They can be purchased here http://atlanticpatio.com/seating/adirondacks/crp-adirondack-chair.html

      Hi Scaulfield, built a similar patio myself last fall. Paying a qualified bobcat operator and helping myself it was about $900 USD for 8 hrs labor, class 5 and gravel base to make a patio roughly double this size. Flagstone will be additional as I install that this summer. Make sure you discuss drainage with your contractor as the gravel will lose stability if not well drained.
