Beautiful view! Personally I would not go with shutters or blinds on these two picturesque windows. The mountains give the feeling of openness and freedom in the great outdoors and blinds for me wouldn't match this part of the house. Having breezy curtains you could swish open in a flash and instantly enjoy the great outdoors it what it screams.

Now, you have one arched window and one square. Would do window dressings that dimensionally match each other when closed but when open you see the different window shapes. Don't be afraid to set the rods much higher than the actual window. Personally I would take them to the top of the wall for height when they are closed and separation from the window when open. I would go with straight round rods across the top of each with decorative matching hardware. Can go with loop or hook curtains your preference, would go with solid color, darker earth tone that would contrast with the view for a pop or lighter colors if you want the infinity look of melting into the outdoors. Also consider a wooden cornice at the top of each. In that case the rods would be covered along with the top of the curtains so top style of curtain would be redundant.

As all the windows are arched, I would hang a rod high over them and long enough to have panels hang mostly off the sides of the windows. For privacy, they could be working drapery or simply panels if privacy is not an issue. Choose a simple, solid, neutral color, maybe simple linen type fabric.
