My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Thank you Scott. These are Zinc-GSM (Galv. sheet metal) which were trimmed to size, and installed similarly to a cedar shake. This metal is readily available, and can be cut by almost any metal shop. Appropriate water proofing materials should be installed prior to metal installation.

    How thick are these metal shingle? would they flip or create unpleasant noise when under strong wind? Thanks!
