How did you mount the fireback?

Hoping I can get specifics on how this fireback was mounted. It appears to have been mounted over the tile, but done in a way so that neither screws nor brackets are visible. We are struggling to figure out how to install a fireback that way. Thank you!

Thank you for you question and interest in Monarch Designs. Actually the fireback weighs quite a bit so my contractor backed the wall first to support the weight prior to Sheetrock.
Walls were prepared for tile and the white mosaic tile was applied last and cut around the fireback. The entire wall is tile. It wasn't easy to figure out but with the good team of subs on the job they were able to help my design come to life. Kathleen Monarch www.monarchdesignsandstudio.com
