As we tried to give our dated living room a facelift, we went over the budget on the project due to mold and other money eating problems. Unfortunately, we are now unable to replace our front window (city row home.) I have no idea what to do with this window in terms of window treatments and molding to go around the window. I'm obsessed with flat white baseboards and wanted to make the room feel modern. I know this look i am going for might look unusual around traditional stained glass, but since we are planning on replacing the window in the future for something more energy efficient, I rather give the room the look I initially intended rather than model the room after the window I want to replace. Suggestions for window treatments please? Helpful ideas?
