Hello and thank you for your interest! All the hardwood flooring throughout the house, including those used in the kitchen, was existing, sanded and restained. The stain color was chosen on site. This custom stain was developed on-site to maintain the character of the house. The custom stain was mixed with clear coat to dilute the stain.
