What style of bathroom cabinet

Have an all white small powder room. Need a 20 inch wide, 7 inch deep and 25-30 inch tall towel cabinet to place above the toilet. Placing this cabinet between a 3 mirrored medicine chest and shower wall. Considering an open bookcase style or closed cabinet to place large, medium & small towels in. Would like something sturdy, yet, with some character. Have cottage/traditional theme. Suggestions and where to find something in these size requirements.

amazon.com, wayfair, and big box stores. Seven inches deep could mean folding large towels awkwardly. You might want to try those folds first.
