I think grey is too dirty looking and reed glass won't tie in enough, you will get a super crisp look with glass tile like in pic below, can add interest with it where needed by doing by going vertical or herring bone over range or by getting smaller architectural pieces to dot into horizontal design. Also for back of range can do recessed shelf. Choices above seem more "bathroomy".

I love my gray glass subway tile

I love subway tile, and I love gray...however, for your color palette, for me, your granite reads darker and I agree with a few posts above, that a cleaner, crisper and brighter tile would work better. You could always do a darker grout and pull out the darker accents in the granite. We had a project where we did just that! Check it out! Good Luck!
