My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Not necessarily. The main thing is the fixture should be disconnected and stored for the winter in cold climates. The one in this picture is made by Speakman. The valves, stem and shower head is all one unit so it is easy to remove.

    I was unable to locate the complete valves, stem and shower head as one unit on the Speakman website. Did you have to special order this fixture as a single unit?
