I had JennAir in a new home in Texas. I hated the cooktop because the knobs we too close to the burners..melted more than one. Also, and more important was the simmer setting was not good.. Could not keep a flame low enough without the gas going out. On the other hand we had JennAir wall ovens and microwave and they were just fine. Our JennAir dishwasher was fine as long as you STARTED with hot water.

Jennair is just a fancier looking Whirlpool. That's still pretty darn crappy andhas horrible customer service.
