My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The basic structure is from Pine Harbor Sheds on Cape Cod. Their buildings are very customizable and are post and beam construction, just like years ago. My client contracted directly with them and their local builder so I do not know the cost.
