My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I can't' find this pendant on the carwright lighting website you mention -- could you tell me the manufacturer? I love them!

      sorry I dont know the manufacturer. But if you call cartwright they shouldbe able to help you out. unless the light is discontinued.

      Pendant lights are allen + roth 12-in W Bronze Edison Pendant Light with clear shade ..

      FYI - They are SUPER hard to keep clean! Bugs find their way into the shade and so does dust! BUT, they look amazing in my new kitchen! Below is the link to the Lowe's website..
