I have not been invited to shower. I imagine when you are out of the steam it is cool on cold days and warm on sunny days. There is a large operable skylight above as well. The big advantage in this San Francisco location is it meets fire rating requirements for property line windows which this is. With a thermal resistance R-value of 1.15 compared to R-13 for an insulated wall, they are pretty bad.
