Paint it if you can afford to. Off white. There's a product called Rhino Paint that has a lifetime guarantee. This would totally change the appearance and add curb appeal. Agree some landscaping changes need to be addressed- neat and tidy are crucial elements. Front door is important to focus on too.
I would also paint the siding above brick a taupe color to add some contrast.

So excited because these are all great ideas!
If we don't color the brick what color would you suggest for the siding and trim?
