We have installed this as an accent wall in the kitchen but their are gaps were you can see small amounts of the mesh and you can tell in certain areas were the tiles come together (seam). My husband thinks he should put grout, what would you recommend?

You can pipe small amount of grout in the gap areas to cover the mesh but if you grout the whole thing it can change the whole look of the tile. I would recommend putting a small amount of light grey grout in a plastic baggie and cut a small tip off the corner and just finely fill the gap areas.
