Please paint the door white and the side of the front door roof white also. Paint that other orange siding white also.

Hmmm..tricky one! I think you need to use an existing color to keep it unified, but which one is the question. Looking at the farther away view; if you painted the orange siding a color that matched the beige brick, it would make the blue siding section stand out in an odd way. Likewise, if you painted the orange section a blue to match the horizontal siding, the right-hand brick garage section would seem isolated. What about trying the shutter color (either black or very dark blue-I can't quite tell on my iPad)? It would make your landscaping stand out, and unify it all together. We need the photoshop wizards on this one. The other option is to use the white from the trim, but its a little more of a "safe" choice. Once you figure out the siding, then you can decide on the door. The warm orange is nice, and would look great with black/dark blue.

The whole side and back of the house are the blue...does that change what you think?

Sorry for the delay...I haven't looked at Houzz for a few days. Since there are so many colors going on, what about using an existing color? What about trying to get a paint color close to either the brick color, or the grey of the roof? We need some photo shoppers to give some options so you can picture it.

I also hope some of the photo shoppers can come by to help you. In the meantime go to the Sherwin Williams paint website and load up a photo of you home into the Color Visualizer and try on various colors. You will get a good idea of what a change in color looks like on your home.

One of the thoughts I had was to try in the warm greens or gray greens or taupes. I put your photo in the Chip It section of the SW site but the selections seem off to me. I am posting it anyway to show you what shows up in Chip It.

Try the Forestwood over the orange parts. I think that would have a more unifying effect. Go with black shutters :)
