Possible dining table?

Would this table be suitable for a dining table, with a 50 in round glass top?

It would be a little short for a dining table. Standard dining table height is 30". If you put a 1/2" glass top on this it would only be 27 1/2" h. It would also possibly be prone to tipping if you leaned on the edge of the glass given the diameter of the base vs. the top and that the base doesn't flare at the bottom for added stability.
