Need Help Choosing Grout Color for Backsplash

Hi there! My husband and I are remodeling our kitchen without a designer! Ugh. It's been quite the overwhelming process, but we are finally getting down to the final stretch. The contractor just asked us what color grout we want for our backsplash, and that was something I had never even thought about! He gave us a Polyblend chart to look at and choose from.

We are doing white shaker cabinets with gray granite countertops, and clear glass backsplash. The floors are a darker antique stained hardwood, and we will also do darker hardware on the cabinets. The surrounding walls are also painted a light gray that matches some of the tones in the granite. I assume we'd need some sort of gray grout as opposed to white, my fear is the white grout may be too much white in the kitchen. However I don't want the grout to be too dark either. The colors that I am thinking are Alabaster (the lightest), Oyster Gray, (middle) or Delorean (darkest). Is there a rule of thumb for choosing grout? Would love to hear your opinions! Thanks in advance! (Photos of kitchen and each grout color attached)
