My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Floor plan

Can anyone share a few sites that have floor plans? I'm looking for the "perfect" plan but have had no luck finding it. Looking for 1 story, 2 gathering rooms, large pantry, open concept, detached garage. I can find all of these but just not together. Thinking I may have to hire an architect and that means big bucks :-(
