If you are worried about moisture go with the tile.. honestly though if you have an adequately sized bath fan paint would be just fine. I wouldn't recommend wainscotting and if you must have it, do not use the MDF prefab stuff sold at Home Depot.

Hi Kelly, there are specific types of wall coverings that can be used in bathrooms. We suggest a wall tile or paint for easy clean up and longevity.

I'd go with paint. While tile can certainly look really nice, paint is much easier to change if you want a new look every few years.
