My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Do the chairs and the rug withstand the elements?

We live in South Central Texas and are trying to find things that can hold up to the harsh sun.

    I have that rug and it is indistructable.

      The rug does - it's actually plastic! But fabric on the chairs needs to be taken off the frames during bad weather. The sun doesn't seem to hurt them though.

      You could use a Sunbrella fabric to make the chairs a little hardier.
