    This design features exposed aggregate with PA flagstone borders and banding.

    Could you retrofit an existing concrete patio around a pool with an inlay as such used in this design?

    You could retrofit the patio to have the flagstone borders shown in this picture. However, the exposed aggregate concrete finish could not be created after the fact. It is a specific concrete mixture and finishing technique that creates this surface.
