does this come smaller? Can down wrap cushions be ordered with it?

Hi there, thanks for your questions. We'd be happy to assist you. The Apt2B Avalon Collection is great and is handmade to order right here in the USA. The Sectional size can't be altered, unfortunately, but the Avalon is available as a sofa and an Apt. Size sofa as well (don't know if you had a chance to see that). The cushions are 2.0 density foam core block that is double wrapped in dacron to offer a cozy yet supportive sit- our customers give it high marks all the time!! No alterations can be made to the cushioning, however.

As far as contacting someone over the phone, you can always reach us at Apt2B via phone but I'm not sure if Houzz customer service has an active phone number to use. EIther way, we always try to be as communicative as possible if a customer has a question so please let us know if we can assist you in any other way!

Thank you for your question! :) At this time the Avalon 2Pc Sectional only comes in a stain resistant microfiber which is super soft! Let us know if you have any other questions we may be able to assist you with. :)
