Is the light housing custom made?

I like the way it's integrated into the ceiling but typically they are separated. Is there an installation kit that can be bought? http://lightingspecialists.com

The light fixture is a pretty typical fluorescent tube with nice lines. We created a niche in the ceiling the same depth as the lighting housing and a couple of inches wider. It was a relatively simple and inexpensive way of creating a nice work light.
