any suggestions for good door handles for tall doors ? ceilings are 10 foot, shaker doors are very tall - I am trying to find a good shape and size without getting into extreme high-end. Also, for french doors that open towards you when you get to the door, what are best solutions - if a pull handle, how can the door be closed (as there is no mechanism in the center of the 2 doors) ?
