My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Is that wall paper made to look like cement on the walls or are they really cement?

    Hi Maryann, the walls are concrete. They were cast in place using plywood forms. Form-ties are used during the construction process to keep the forms in place with wet concrete. Once cured, the ties are snapped off and leave the holes as a result.
