Window treatments for row of 5 windows in kitchen

Fellow houzzers -- any advice on what window treatments would look best on these windows? I don't need the treatments to be operable as I don't intend on using them for privacy or shade. My goals are to hide the transom grids at the top & to "soften" the room. I prefer a clean/simple look for window treatments. And, I'd like for them to look nice from the outside. Finally, any suggestions for great vendor sources? Thank you for your thoughts!

Yes, Great view! If you do not need privacy or light control, just do simple faux romans inside mounted on each window. Don't hide the beautiful woodwork! Something just long enough to cover the transoms...(like these - style, not color/pattern)

Faux romans are a great idea. Here's some relaxed roman shades (they hang to give a slight curve at the hem). You might want yours to be shorter, but this will give you the general idea. You'd have to have these custom made. You could contact a drapery workroom or interior designer in your area.

I wouldn't do anything to the windows unless you have too much sun, and that could be fixed with proper tinting. I think the view is fab and the windows are perfect the way the are right now :)

I think that you have enough going on with that wall. If you add the false shades then remove a few things. Shades, sconces, plants, appliances. Could be the beginning of a kind of cluttered look.

I love the windows too- leave them bare as pictured above.

Thx to everyone! Much appreciate it! Maybe I need to rethink this... I thought treatments might soften the space... Definitely motivated to clear out a few items now though. :)

You can cover the 'transom lights' if you want, but they look to be an integral part of the design. Your chandelier carries the same theme, and mirrors the look of the lights. I wouldn't add window treatments unless they are necessary for privacy or light control.
Thank about re-arranging a bit, and placing your small plants symmetrically, at the center of each window opening.
