My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Wall on the ceiling?

Hi, wondering if you feel the same floor installation used on the wall would work to install on a slopped ceiling?

    It would look amazing on a sloped ceiling! My only suggestion would be to ensure you have enough white walls to balance out a large expanse of the timber. You don't want to end up with too much timber and look like a Sauna from the 70's. Good luck with your project!

      is that an actual working fireplace or just decor?

      That is just decor ... although we have placed some candles in glass jars of different sizes throughout the timber that give the effect of a real fireplace!

      A floating floor was laid up on the wall to give the effect of a recycled wood wall.

      Yes, the flooring was installed using adhesive and 'secret nailing'. It is a laminate floor with a great texture and finish.
