We ordered and received a canvas art from Uttermost through Houzz, delivered by Pitt Ohio to our house on the 17th of this month. The wooden structure supporting the canvas art is fractured. I called Uttermost and they said to contact Houzz. It proved to be difficult in reaching Houzz customer support with no number provided on the website. Instead we tried to contact them by email. I haven't heard from them yet. Will someone at Houzz please help me?
