Thanks for your question. I can't confirm exactly what was used here, but we typically specify metal roofing from McElroy Metal, either 5V or standing seam.

Thank you so much for your quick response! I was going to install a standing seam roof but is more expensive than my budget. At the last minute trying to look at other options. The reviews on the internet say that exposed fasteners will leak over time. Can you tell me if this is a concern and by chance the type if fasteners you recommend? Hi Stephanie. I'd put that question to a builder or the manufacturer of the roof you chose. I don't have the experience with exposed fasteners to answer it.
