Metaphysical principles in structural design?

Could you please explain how the tea house is "designed using metaphysical principles"? Thanks!

Thank you for your interest. In all our structural and gardenscape designs we base them on metaphysical principles. In this tea house there are twenty four concepts, some with multiple significance. We have over 35 years of extensive research and study experience along these lines. We build our structures to be beautiful for anyone viewing. The depth of individual understanding is for the few who truly are interested in looking beyond appearences. We provide our clients with a book detailing all the metaphysical aspects to go along with their structure. The explanations are proprietary to each client and represent their journey in life. You are drawn to this structure, I think, because it resonates within you on a deeper level. Thanks again, Nancy
