My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The floor is not wood...it is actually a custom hair-on cow hide area rug. Three colors of hide have been cut into strips and have gold foil hand applied, then they are baked and quickly cooled to set the gold on the hide. Then they sew them in the pattern that you see in the picture and at installation cut to shape in the room.
