The top loading washer and front loading drier will go to the right of the laundry tub.....to the left of the tub is the sub pump---beyond the furnace is an area roughly 6x6 of empty space.........All concrete floors, Directly in front of the laundry tub is a tube running across the room which I WILL trip on! and cinder block walls................and ITS SO DARK! As you can also see, the water softener is across the room from the furnace, so no easy "all in one closet" fix there,..............
