Thanks for the question. This shelf is from Pottery Barn. Though no longer available through Pottery Barn, you may have luck searching online elsewhere for it. It is called Pottery Barn's "Stainless Steel Utility Shelf with Hooks."

This shelf was either mounted with drywall anchors or has blocking behind the drywall for it.
