My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Information about the minimum height from bottom of light to ceiling is confusing. Can someone please clarify?

    Yeah this information is a little confusing most definitely. We apologize for that. This ceiling fan can be mounted 17.1" from the ceiling. however Monte Carlo also offers a flush mount adapter that allows the fan to be mounted 11.7" from the ceiling. Hope that was helpful!
