Small oddly shaped open concept living room- Help!

Hi there! I am having a hard time figuring out what to do with my open concept living room. I have moved it around several times (swapped location of couches, had striped chair squared off, etc.) but I cannot find an arrangement that works. If I pull everything closer together, there is not enough room to walk around and you are too close to the TV. If you push things back, there is also not much room due to the door to our sunroom being right there. I just sold the large brown coffee table shown here and I am trying to figure out what to buy that will help me complete the room. I am keeping the brown tufted ottoman. Should I move brown ottoman with long side facing white couch and buy new smaller ottoman for striped chair? Leave ottoman and get new lighter wood coffee table? Does it look weird with the long end of the coffee table facing the couch against the wall? Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Could you put a tray or two on the ottoman and use it as the coffee table?

I tried moving the ottoman both to the same place the coffee table is, and it seems too small there. I tried moving it so it faced the white couch, but then that looked off too, like the beige couch was just bared with nothing in front of it. I like that idea but I think the dimensions are off due to the ottoman not being big enough. Maybe buy another one and put them side by side?

Your furniture is a bit too bulky for the room. Which is the longer sofa? I would put that one facing the TV with the coffee table parallel to it. Shorter sofa in front of the window. I'd replace the chair with something smaller, maybe a small recliner so you could lose the ottoman.

I would also remove the vase of sticks and the topiaries on the mantel. Leave the mantel bare.

just an idea if you don't mind not having a sofa facing the tv:

perhaps leave beige couch where it is. get some light colour pillows or even reupholster the couch to a lighter beige or different light colour if you want to brighten your room. get rid of the white sofa and red chair (too bulky). add 2 slimmer/more modern chairs (squared chairs/reclining lounge chairs) or a similar sized sofa facing the sofa with windows.

if the ottoman is not working for you, with this layout you could get a light colour long wood table with a lower shelf at the bottom. add a few colourful pattern baskets to keep your storage. get rid of carpet and maybe add something like a geometric moroccan pattern?

if you want the ottoman style.. something in a lighter material/colour and bigger then the one you have might be better.

All of your furniture is roughly the same shape which makes the room look more cluttered. Switch out the chair and maybe the smaller couch with less bulky options. Are you super partial to the ottoman? Losing that and sticking with just a coffee table could definitely free up some space. Good luck with your rearranging!
