My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Is that trex wood under your chairs for the decking? How is the material holding up to the brutal temps of phx?

    I just saw your question. This wood is Ipe. It is doing well in Tucson so far! It is known to be good wood species for the area. Trex is another solution - we just wanted the look and feel of natural wood for this project.

    Where do you buy Ipe? We have a concrete patio that we want covered. Could this type of wood look go over the top of concrete?
