My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The Exterior Colors are from Color Wheel Paint.

    Body Color: Smoked Trout #CL2683D

    Trim Color: Museum #CL2681W

    Front Door Color: CL2867N Whisker.


    The garage doors are factory finished in an Ultra Grain texture with a Walnut finish color from Cloplay's Gallery Collection. We love this product, it shows the beauty of wood, without any of the problems that wood can have in our warm Florida weather!
