I think it would look great to put 3mint julep junipers to form a background. Then, plant something mid height like the salvia and then in front of that pops of color. It would be worthwhile to clean up the edge of the bed as it will visually define the space. The purple in the salvia will look great with the yellow of your home and the blue/purple colors make the grass look greener. ;)
